Summer Praise Newcastle 2025

NEWCASTLE — WE CAME 🔥

With hearts full of gratitude, we reflect on a historic milestone for Friends of God—our very first Summer Praise gathering outside Aberdeen, held in Newcastle on Saturday, 28th June 2025 at the West Denton Community Centre.

What started as a vision in Aberdeen is now spreading—city to city, sound to sound—and in Newcastle, God moved mightily.

Under the theme “Jesus Reigns” (Matthew 24:30), the atmosphere was charged from the moment doors opened at 2PM. Through powerful worship, impactful ministration, and a tangible move of God’s presence, lives were touched, hearts were stirred, and many encountered God in a fresh way.

We were blessed by the ministry of Sam Genius, Emmanuel Gyasi Addo Jnr, Ruth Kotei Ericson, and Esther McKeown, whose contributions brought depth and richness to the gathering.

We would like to specially and sincerely appreciate the Radical for Jesus Crew for hosting us in Newcastle and collaborating with us to make this event possible. Your partnership, hospitality, and shared heart for revival made this expansion a success, and we are truly grateful.

With over 200 people in attendance from across England, this gathering was a clear sign that God is doing something beyond what we can see. The hunger, the unity, and the response confirmed that this is more than an event—this is a movement.

From preparation to execution, every moment was worth it. God showed up, and His presence marked the city.

To everyone who attended, supported, prayed, and journeyed with us—thank you. Newcastle, thank you for receiving us.
